Lloydminster Maintenance Ltd. (LML) began operations in 1991. Its first major project was the initial Mechanical Maintenance Contract at Husky Energy’s newly constructed Heavy Oil Upgrader in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan. LML has held this contract ever since that time, and was recently awarded an extension to 2011. Another major company, SaskPower, became an LML customer in 1996. LML has since completed an extensive number of capital projects, on both a firm price and reimbursable cost basis, to values approaching 20 million dollars.
